Role Overview

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team at Church Street Dental Practice in Dewsbury. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in providing high-quality treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support to dentists, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Assist with patient preparation, treatment, and recovery, maintaining a calm and reassuring environment.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the dental practice, adhering to GDC and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, dentists, and other team members, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques, technologies, and best practices in dental care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve practice goals, driving efficiency and excellence in patient care.

Requirements

  • Relevant live or pending GDC registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive practice culture.
