About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Groundworker to contribute to our team's efforts in providing quality affordable housing in Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to housing stock, liaising with tenants, and identifying and diagnosing groundwork and fencing defects.

Key responsibilities include determining the most cost-effective and expedient solution, carrying out repair/renewal as necessary, and undertaking both responsive and planned maintenance of groundwork, fencing, and clearance services.

The ideal candidate will possess a good level of physical fitness, including the ability to lift, work at heights, and in differing conditions.

Additionally, they should hold a City & Guilds Part III /NVQ level 3 in General Construction or other equivalent qualification, and have relevant building works-related skills such as carpentry, brick laying, and plumbing.

A valid Driving Licence and excellent awareness of current Health and Safety regulations are also essential.
