Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at CV Technical. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct both planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery.
  • Maintain equipment in peak operational condition to minimize downtime.
  • Document all maintenance activities thoroughly to ensure compliance and traceability.
  • Assist in the creation and review of Risk Assessments for both current and new machinery.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve machine performance and operational efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and training to colleagues to promote skill development across the team.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and modify engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with variable speed drives, inverters, and PLC systems.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • A proactive individual with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
