We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at OXEO Select | Engineering & Technical. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our manufactured components and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints and issues related to manufactured components
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Perform audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on quality-related topics

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a quality-focused role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in quality for the client side, with a strong understanding of customer needs
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • International travel may be required (2-3 trips per year)
