Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical service support, including installation, maintenance, and repair of print finishing and packaging machinery.
- Conduct machinery demonstrations and installations, delivering training to customers and partners.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software faults with minimal downtime.
- Build strong customer relationships, delivering a first-class service experience.
- Engage in technical problem-solving across multiple technologies.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Full & Clean UK Driving License.
