The Role: Trainee Sales Executive

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with our experienced sales team, learning the intricacies of the motor trade and developing your sales techniques.

What You'll Get Up To:
  • Upon completing your training, you will progress to a Sales Executive position with a competitive OTE of £40,000 per annum.
  • You will be paired with a buddy, a previous Trainee Sales Executive, who will guide and support you throughout your journey.
  • You'll have the chance to shadow experienced Sales Executives, receive feedback on your development, and learn from their expertise.
  • You'll experience various departments on-site, including Customer & Preparation, where you'll share your ideas and apply your training.
  • You'll gain insight into our head office sales and service departments, broadening your understanding of the business.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work a day in the life of a Trainee Sales Executive at other stores in the region, sharing best practices and learning from others.
  • You'll participate in regular knowledge check quizzes with the Trainee program across the business.
