Traceability Specialist

About the Role
Safran Landing Systems is a leading provider of aircraft landing and braking systems, committed to safer and more sustainable aviation. As a Traceability Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and create delivery reports for test and re-certification/NLG investigation work scopes.
- Review and analyze BTB (back to birth) queries, including landing gear/hydraulic purchases and test/re-certification programs.
- Support the program manager for unscheduled BTB requests.
- Request BTB from customers, create MSN folders, and receive and analyze BTB data.
- Liaise with customers to resolve missing documentation and rectify errors.
- Compile landing gear and hydraulic delivery reports.
- Review and resolve folio 12 anomalies.
- Stage 3 pre-lim compilation of data and resolving anomalies.
- Act as the internal focal point for key account management and customer support.
- Creation of MTS sheets and updating MADS portal.
- Review MPS data and update BTB status.
- Scanning commercial packs into SFD.

Requirements
- Engineering Apprenticeship with experience in an aviation environment.
- Previous experience in landing gear records and company signatory desirable.
- Ability to interpret Component Maintenance Manuals, Technical Drawings, and instructions.
- Solution-based thinking to overcome obstacles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with root cause analysis.
- Proactive approach to solutions.
- Self-management and communication skills.
