Lead Microsoft Cloud Consultant

Salary:
£72,000 - £79,000 + £7000 Achievable Bonus

Location:
London/Remote (Hybrid)


As a Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Consulting Services to our clients' end users, operating within a specific Practice area of the Delivery team.

In this capacity, you will collaborate with a delivery team and may either be guided by senior delivery personnel or take the technical lead on small to medium-sized projects.


Your expertise in Microsoft Cloud technologies will enable you to provide insightful technical guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Possessing strong skills in technical design and implementation of infrastructure solutions, you will demonstrate outstanding problem-solving and organizational capabilities.


As a client-facing professional, you must exhibit exceptional customer relationship management skills and be adept at working independently or as part of a larger project team.

Additionally, you will be expected to mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the Consulting team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative in task execution and problem resolution. Lead small to medium engagements as required.
  • Recognize the significance of adhering to project and customer timelines.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of functioning as part of a team.
  • Consistently demonstrate a broad knowledge and experience of technical solutions, alongside technical expertise in your specialized domain.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra (Active Directory)
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration (including tenant migration, configuration, policy, identity, and security)
  • Experience in building, deploying, and automating Microsoft Windows Server.
  • Ability to design and construct Proof of Concept environments (M365 testing, migrations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Core Services - IaaS, Networking, Azure Security Centre, SSO, etc.

Required Experience:

  • A solid background in consulting, with experience in designing and delivering customer solutions.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Familiarity with designing and deploying Entra (Active Directory) solutions.
  • Experience in delivering infrastructure solutions in both Azure and on-premises environments.

Certifications:

  • MS-10- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or equivalent experience
  • AZ-800/80- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent experience.
