About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Product Lead to join our team at LeMieux. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of product pages on our website, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and optimizing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Page Creation: Lead the development of product pages to support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal launches.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Merchandising, Data, and Design teams to ensure seamless product and commerce integration.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Improve the shopping experience at every touch point, category by category, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of product collections, data, features, customer needs, and launch calendars to inform product decisions.
- Accuracy and Maintenance: Ensure timely creation of products and perfect accuracy in online shopping experience, including product info, merchandising, navigation, and categorization.
- Website Maintenance: Maintain B2C and B2B websites, including updating product, listing, category, and content pages, as well as navigation.
Requirements
- Equestrian Passion: A passion for horses and the equestrian world is essential.
- Ecommerce Experience: Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or sales is preferred but not essential.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure website accuracy and up-to-dateness.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and understand data to review and report on the impact of your work.
- Ambition: Ambition to grow with a rapidly expanding business.
- Technology Savviness: Comfortable working with software systems and technology.
