Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Inventory and Procurement Coordinator, your role will involve:
- Receiving and organizing materials for redistribution or inventory assessment for forthcoming projects.
- Assisting in the documentation of stock levels, generating purchase orders, and preparing delivery documentation.
- Maintaining an organized inventory system, ensuring all items are properly labeled and allocated to specific projects when necessary.
- Handling incoming communications and keeping a record of all personnel present in the facility.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in computer systems.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
- A valid driving license.
