Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operational requirements of the kitchen or dining centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation and serving of food in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Reconciling and banking of Highland Council monies.
- Providing excellent customer service to students and staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dining centre environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
