We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising purchase orders and ensuring timely payment to suppliers
- Placing purchase invoices onto supplier statements and managing accounts payable
- Inputting sales invoices onto customer statements and managing accounts receivable
- Data entry – bank transactions, payments, and receipts
- Ensuring documentation is in order, collating, and filing efficiently
- Providing administrative support to the managerial team, including general administration and processes
- Assisting the administrative office in administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Practical and problem-solving nature
- Openness to learning and development
- Ability to work alone or in a team
- Experience and competence of full Microsoft packages
- Experience using accounting packages – Sage or SAP B1 would be advantageous
- Attention to detail
- Ability to precisely follow instructions and also be self-sufficient
