Exceptional Chef De Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our esteemed culinary team at the award-winning, Michelin-starred restaurant Interlude. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to achieve exceptional standards of quality, presentation, and service.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase the finest locally sourced ingredients.
  • Collaborate with our exceptional Chef to drive culinary excellence and consistency across the restaurant.
  • Ensure seamless kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment that adheres to the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a high-end culinary environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in fast-paced kitchen environments.
  • Passion for using only the finest ingredients and techniques to create exceptional culinary experiences.
