Overview:
Pertemps Isle of Wight is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Parcel Logistics Operative. This position involves a temporary assignment with the potential for permanent placement for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Begin your day at the local distribution center, where you will be tasked with organizing parcels for delivery along your designated route.
2. Be prepared to navigate various delivery areas on foot, ensuring you are comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
3. Engage with customers in a professional manner, as previous experience in customer service roles is beneficial.

Requirements:
- A valid UK manual driving license with a current address and no more than six penalty points.
- Ability to provide necessary documentation to confirm your right to work, including an in-date passport or a birth certificate along with proof of National Insurance number.

Working Hours:
This role requires flexibility, with working hours scheduled between Monday and Saturday, from 06:00 to 19:00. Candidates should be open to split shifts and varying start times.

Duration:
The initial assignment is set for a period of 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance and suitability.
