Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other store operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pharmacy operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
