About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at The Entertainer. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the daily running of the store, including opening and closing procedures, managing deliveries, and maintaining stock areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Sales Assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Assist with the management of daily tasks, including merchandising, pricing, and stock control
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new releases and promotions
  • Contribute to the development of the store's visual merchandising and display standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
