Retail Store Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Age UK. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an excellent service and that our store sales and profits are maximized.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
- Oversee the store's sales floor, including visual merchandising and display
- Lead and develop a team of retail staff, providing coaching and training as needed
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the store's management team to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
