About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and building rapport with potential home buyers, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers between vendors and buyers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and build rapport with potential home buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to the vendor and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Arrange appointments for the mortgage broker and refer clients to solicitors, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
  • Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Generate and book in property valuations for the valuer, ensuring accurate and timely valuations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, providing valuable insights for future sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
