Job Title: Commissioning and Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning and Test Engineer to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment. As a Commissioning and Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of industrial systems and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commissioning strategies for new projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of equipment and systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project stakeholders, ensuring that commissioning activities are completed to the highest standards.
  • Ensure that all commissioning activities are carried out in a safe and controlled manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • HNC qualified (or equivalent) or higher with extensive engineering workplace experience.
  • Broad base of experience in the operation of mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Appreciation of relevant standards, such as BS7671 for electrical engineers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and equipment.
  • Able to focus on customer needs and work with customers and stakeholders to meet and exceed their expectations.
