In response to a surge in client requirements and ongoing organizational expansion, our client is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Specialist to become part of their team in the Runcorn / Widnes region, working on a 3-shift basis.

This position presents a chance to be part of a prominent independent market leader and a well-established global entity. With opportunities for progressive training and development, this role offers potential for advancement in the long run.

Responsibilities include developing and ensuring full adherence to all food safety and quality regulations - including HACCP, relevant legislation, ISO standards, BRC guidelines, and customer-specific requirements.

Conduct root cause analysis across various departments to support continuous improvement initiatives and operational procedures.
Assist in the investigation of complaints, ensuring that suitable corrective and preventive measures are implemented.
Carry out hygiene assessments to guarantee that standards are upheld.

Gather and present data for daily and monthly Key Performance Indicator reports, utilizing this information to promote quality enhancements throughout the facility.

Foster a positive food safety culture across the organization.
Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is beneficial.
Food hygiene and HACCP certification is advantageous.
