About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator at Taylors, part of the Connells Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Closing sales and progressing transactions from exchange to completion
  • Maximise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements:

  • Sales-savvy individual with excellent customer care skills
  • Resilience, positivity, organisation, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with IT literacy
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
