ReFood is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AD Site Operative to join our team at our Widnes site. As an AD Site Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ReFood operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist management in controlling and coordinating the safe and efficient operation of the ReFood operation in accordance with management instructions, Health & Safety, and Legislative requirements.
- Operate the mobile plant in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with Group Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain and clean the facility, its plant, and equipment as specified.
- Work in accordance with staff rosters and provide cover for planned/unplanned absence.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the ReFood Management Team.
- Ability to handle raw material, with some heavy lifting required.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Ability to undertake, process, and quality check raw material and associated paperwork, and perform basic lab tests.
- Keen eye for detail, flexibility, practicality, hard work, and ability to work under own initiative.
- Forklift Truck qualification an advantage.
