As a Shift Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our bakery's success, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile on their face and a cookie in their hands.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide top-notch customer service and quality products to our fans throughout their experience within our bakeries or at home.
  • Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating all relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, coaching the team to ensure company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and development of the Cookie Crew.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, working environment for our fans and team while adhering to safe food handling practices.
  • Be responsible for all financial systems on shift.
  • Coach from the heart and have tough love conversations to get the best from the Cookie Crew.

**Requirements**

  • At least 1 year of work experience as a leader within a customer service-focused role.
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
