Position Title: Youth Support Facilitators - Day Shifts

Location: Various locations within the service area

Compensation: Grade 6, £23,885 - £24, inclusive of all allowances (pro rata for part-time roles)

Employment Type:

  • 6 Full-time positions, 37 hours per week, permanent
  • 1 Part-time position, 22 hours per week, permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Housing & Independence Service for a Youth Support Facilitator in supported living arrangements. We are looking for experienced and driven individuals to assist our young clients in their journey towards independence.

Our commitment lies in ensuring that care-experienced young individuals transition smoothly to independent living. The Housing & Independence service is dedicated to the 'Key to Your Future Project', effectively supporting this transition through a preparation for independence program in partnership with young people exiting care.

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Experience working with young individuals and care leavers
  • A supportive and motivating team spirit
  • A background in therapeutic methodologies
  • Innovative thinking aimed at enhancing services for young people
