**Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Verto People. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the Key Projects team, developing and implementing engineering project plans, coordinating with the sales team, overseeing engineering and procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing projects in large contractor engineering, manufacturing, or industrial settings. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project plans using Gantt charts, managing schedules, and tracking progress. Additionally, you will work with customers, contractors, and sales partners to address technical escalations and manage risks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans using Gantt charts, manage schedules, and track progress.
  • Work with customers, contractors, and sales partners to address technical escalations and manage risks.
  • Provide project management related to solutions for dust control, fume extraction, ventilation, noise barriers, water treatment, environmental monitoring, and climate control.
  • Provide pre-sales support, including identifying, assessing, and managing technical/engineering risks.
  • Organize and control labor, sub-contractors, and equipment maintenance.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Projects Team Leader, Project Supervisor, Project Coordinator, Project Planner, or similar in a large contractor engineering, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
  • Formal project management qualifications such as APM or Prince2.
  • Health & safety qualification at Level 3 or above; LEV Technical Qualification (P600/P601) is advantageous.
  • Experience managing projects in power plants, shipyards, or construction sites is a plus.
  • Background in solutions for dust control, fume extraction, ventilation, noise barriers, water treatment, environmental monitoring, and climate control is highly desirable.
  • Clean DBS check, full driving license, and willingness to travel across the UK.
