Job Summary

Eireann Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients, while also contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search for candidates through various job boards and databases
  • Import candidate information onto our in-house database
  • Register candidates and ensure their profiles are up-to-date
  • Work closely with consultants to allocate roles and keep them informed of progress
  • Prepare and send CVs to clients
  • Import documentation onto our in-house system
  • Send job specifications to candidates
  • Answer client calls and respond to job inquiries
