Primary Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing assembly operations to finalize the production cycle and convert components into finished products
  • Adhering to work instructions and process guidelines throughout the manufacturing assembly
  • Detecting irregularities and defects and reporting these concerns
  • Conducting Total Preventative Maintenance tasks during the final assembly phase
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations during the assembly process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

What we are looking for:

  • Expertise in soldering to IPC standards
  • Competence in the precise use of hand tools
  • Experience in a cleanroom setting utilizing high-power microscopes
  • Strong attention to detail and self-inspection capabilities to ensure quality standards are met
  • Ability to interpret written instructions and schematics while adhering to production timelines
  • Proficient in generating quality notifications
  • Coordinating and managing production equipment in line with company protocols
  • Capability to perform repetitive production tasks as well as varied one-off assignments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of current IPC certifications in J-Std-001, IPC 610
  • Familiarity with Microwave Circuitry
  • Experience operating Pick and Place machinery
  • Background in military and aerospace product assembly
  • Knowledge of various hybrid microelectronic assembly techniques
