Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and security of our clients' employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients on health and safety matters
  • Develop and implement health and safety training programs for clients
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate health and safety risks

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a health and safety role
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
