About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Bowerford Associates. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business process improvement and leading the analysis of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the investigation, analysis, and documentation of business processes and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Define and document business requirements for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Work closely with project and product management teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Lead by example, upholding core values and setting aside time to support the team when needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in business process analysis and requirements definition.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and communicate to members of all technical ability.
  • Line management experience and ability to lead by example.
  • Business Process Analysis skills training and experience of documenting requirements in user stories and other graphical and textual techniques.
