Job Description

Attribution Search is partnering with a leading Investment Manager to expand their Regulatory reporting function. The company has experienced significant growth over the past five years and is one of the fastest growing Asset Managers in the Fixed Income space.

The firm is seeking a seasoned professional with previous supervisory experience or someone ready to take that step in their next role. As a team leader, you will oversee four team members and be responsible for daily BAU, ensuring the team's compliance with regulations such as MiFIR, EMIR, and SFTR. Your daily responsibilities will include leading the daily and periodic reporting and control process, reviewing new funds, and identifying regulatory reporting impacts.

The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years of experience in a Regulatory reporting function or a supervisory Ops role on either the buy or sell side. The company offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days in the office and two days from home. This opportunity presents a great chance for someone looking to take a step into management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily and periodic reporting and control process
  • Review new funds and identify regulatory reporting impacts

Requirements:
