Company Overview:
- Fionics is spearheaded by a former CEO & CTO of a leading HFT firm, aiming to establish a high-frequency trading enterprise within the Indian and Asian markets.
- After several years of developing and refining a successful intraday investor-driven MFT operation, the company is poised to transition into the HFT sector.
Position Summary:
- This role is not about integrating your existing strategies into a pre-established framework.
- Instead, it offers a unique chance to collaboratively develop a new HFT business line and benefit from its sustained success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee high-frequency trading strategies aimed at achieving profitable outcomes in designated markets.
- Work closely with the executive leadership to construct and enhance the firm's trading infrastructure.
- Evaluate market dynamics in Asia, India, and CME crossover markets, executing strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience as an HFT Portfolio Manager in Asian, Indian, or CME crossover markets.
- A minimum of 5 years in high-frequency trading, ideally with a background in developing trading platforms or strategies.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset focused on long-term strategic goals.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
