Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our team at Brook Street UK.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with families and children, providing support and guidance throughout the assessment process. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined caseload, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in delivering the Centre's objectives and maintaining compliance with National Minimum Standards.
- Oversee the management of a caseload, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Complete weekly summary reports for assigned families and direct staff on key work sessions.
- Liaise with Local Authorities, Guardians, and Independent Social Workers to develop and implement assessment plans.
- Manage the physical, financial, and human resources of the facility effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in the on-call rota, always supporting the smooth operation of the Centre.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and complex information.
- A warm, sensitive, and non-judgmental approach to working with families.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare & Education or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience working with families and children, including child protection cases.
- Experience in residential settings and supervising staff is highly desirable.
