Job Title: Factory Operative

We are seeking a skilled Factory Operative to join our team at Found Industrial in Redhill. As a Factory Operative, you will be responsible for working within the factory as part of a team, following supervisor instructions, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating machinery and using small hand tools
  • Ensuring items are manufactured to the highest quality
  • Working day and night shifts, including 6am starts and 9pm-6am shifts
Requirements:
  • Good level of written and verbal English required
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Eye for detail
Benefits:
  • Weekly pay on a Friday
  • Optional overtime paid at enhanced rate
  • Potential for permanent position after 3 months
