About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Property Associate Solicitor to join our team. As a Property Associate Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling high-value defendant property damage claims on behalf of insurers. You will have the opportunity to work on a case load of high-value coverage cases, fraud claims, subsidence claims, and high-value subrogated recoveries work arising from construction, subsidence, floods, fires, loss of water claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting advocacy and mediations
  • Handling negotiations and trials
  • Managing a varied caseload
  • Working well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Providing professional and effective communication with team members and clients

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor / CILEx
  • c. 2 years PQE with property damage experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
