Person SpecificationWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced nurse who is able to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
- Proven experience of managing a ward, including management of rotas, managing competencies, resources, and staff.
- Experience of teaching, assessing, and supervising others in a clinical setting.
- Ability to organise and plan own time and that of junior staff and learners.
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate specialist care delivered to patients/clients and give relevant advice/information to patients and relatives.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current clinical and professional issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to deal with sensitive information.
