Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a PCV bus safely and efficiently, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passenger queries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of service and quality
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £15.40-£19.75, with overtime paid at 1.25x standard rate
  • Enhanced hourly rate of 1.25x paid for unsociable hours, Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays, and working rest days
  • 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, scheduled up to 6-8 weeks in advance for better planning
  • Free travel provided by TfL on the TfL network for yourself and a nominee within the same household
  • Cycle to work scheme and access to the 'Arriva Village' for exclusive store discounts and offers
Requirements:
  • PCV Licence (required)
  • Minimum age of 18 with at least 6 months of driving experience
  • No more than 6 points on your licence
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Mandatory drug and alcohol test during the driving assessment
