The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional assembly capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to meet stringent deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for nurturing collaborative relationships within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and evaluate instruments according to comprehensive work instructions and testing protocols.
  • Engage in all stages of operations and manufacturing processes, including the application of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate on material lists, component sourcing, and inventory management to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Record procedures, monitor in-process outcomes, and track key performance indicators.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in industrial operations.
  • Experience in a laboratory setting with personal protective equipment, lasers, and optical systems.
  • Proficient in assembling electronic subsystems and troubleshooting issues.
  • Familiarity with high-precision assembly, optics handling, and laser technology.
  • Some experience in testing advanced technology equipment prior to delivery.
