We are partnering with a highly regarded and long-established Social Housing Contractor to recruit an Apprentice Multi Trade Operative to join their team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to develop their skills and experience in a variety of trades, including carpentry, roofing, plastering, and minor brickwork. As an Apprentice Multi Trade Operative, you will be working on pre-planned maintenance repairs in domestic properties, primarily in Brighton, Sutton, and Redhill.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out repairs and maintenance work on domestic properties, including carpentry, roofing, plastering, and minor brickwork.
  2. Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  3. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and clients to ensure excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  4. Log and sign off work via a PDA system.
Requirements:
  1. Full UK Driver's License.
  2. Previous experience in social housing/residential construction.
  3. Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
