We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Chalfont Career Ltd. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the lettings team and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to valuations and deliver new instructions to landlords.
  • Generate landlord leads through marketing activities and collaborate with the Marketing Manager.
  • Oversee and contribute to marketing ideas and campaigns to attract new business.
  • Manage a team of Lettings Negotiators to ensure high standards of service.
  • Liaise with the Director on staff performance, market conditions, and any issues that arise.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords to secure future business.
  • Handle daily enquiries from applicants, including walk-ins, phone calls, and email queries.
  • Ensure staff update property details on the website and window display promptly.
  • Monitor competitor performance and activity.
  • Liaise with the Sales Manager to optimize lettings and sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' recent Lettings experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of winning new business and instructions.
  • Customer service-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Recent experience in a senior/supervisory role managing a team of Negotiators.
  • Industry-recognized qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP, and ARLA are advantageous but not essential.
