Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Reed Specialist Recruitment. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling renewal enquiries, being the product expert, and building excellent relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle renewal enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Be the product expert and offer the best product that suits the client's needs
  • Upsell additional products and services
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
  • Monitor and follow up on call backs that need to be made
  • Update internal CRM system with accurate and timely information

Requirements:

  • Task-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in CRM systems
  • Self-motivated to achieve targets and meet sales goals
  • Previous experience in an office role, preferably in a call centre or sales environment
