We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Pathway Children's Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily lives of young people with learning disabilities in our residential setting.

About the Role:

  • Care for and support up to four young people in the home, helping them develop, grow, and lead happy, fulfilled lives.
  • Create a homely, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
  • Organise activities, helping young people learn new skills, achieve their goals, and have fun.

What We Offer:

  • A comprehensive induction programme with regular training and development opportunities.
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.90.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar setting.
  • A relevant Level 3 qualification or willingness to study for one.
