Join Our Team as a Retail Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Assistants in our newly refurbished shop in Ormesby, North Yorkshire.

About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
  • Restock shelves, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
