Job Summary:
Carlton Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join their Finance and Administration team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing various transactions and providing support in a range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support property transactions by verifying completion statements and processing payments.
- Maintain Bankline templates for regular payees and assist in approving outward payments.
- Handle telephone card payments and produce receipts for clients.
- Assist in weekly Cashiers' report and respond to queries from fee earners and secretaries.
- Produce cheques, process petty cash reconciliations, and assist with credit control.
- Complete tasks to support the Accounts Department and ensure compliance with policies.
Key Requirements:
- Recent accounts experience in the legal sector.
- Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and conveyancing process.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
