Job Summary:

Carlton Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join their Finance and Administration team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in processing various transactions and providing support in a range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support property transactions by verifying completion statements and processing payments.
  • Maintain Bankline templates for regular payees and assist in approving outward payments.
  • Handle telephone card payments and produce receipts for clients.
  • Assist in weekly Cashiers' report and respond to queries from fee earners and secretaries.
  • Produce cheques, process petty cash reconciliations, and assist with credit control.
  • Complete tasks to support the Accounts Department and ensure compliance with policies.

Key Requirements:

  • Recent accounts experience in the legal sector.
  • Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and conveyancing process.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
