The Role

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a keen eye for detail. As an Ice Rink Host, you will be responsible for assisting our guests with ticket purchases, allocating ice skates, and providing top-notch service with food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with ticket purchases and ice skate allocation
  • Provide exceptional customer service with food and beverages
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all skaters and users of the ice rink

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of ice skating is preferred but not essential
