About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Entry-Level PLC Programmer to join our expanding team at Wartens Ltd, a leading company in the automation sector. Our client is a well-established, independently owned organization that provides specialized building and facilities management solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specifications and create design documentation for automation systems.
  • Configure and develop software for a variety of automation applications.
  • Safely test and commission systems in live operational environments.
  • Maintain high standards and consistency throughout the design and implementation process.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to different work environments.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Siemens and Allen Bradley automation systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal and Allen Bradley Studio 5000.
  • Understanding of SCADA systems.
  • Basic knowledge of control systems and electricals.

Key Requirements:

  • Must reside within 45 minutes of the relevant office location.
  • Possess a full UK driving license.
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary.
