About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate - Photo Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of photographic services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Upsell and promote our range of photographic services, including prints, canvases, portraits, frames, and photo gifts.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
