Marketing and Creative Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Creative Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Epsom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients, leveraging your expertise in marketing and creative recruitment to identify and attract top talent.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency, Reed, and be part of our growth journey. You will be working closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match them with job opportunities.
- Key Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure branch success and maximise cross-selling opportunities.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Sales Acumen: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, sell Reed's services, and match candidates to clients.
- Resilience: Money-motivated with the ability to overcome challenges and setbacks.
- Team Player: Willingness to share ideas and best practices.
