Job Title: Mobile Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to join our team at Major Leeds Manufacturing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mobile engineering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conversion/Coach Building experience is essential, including fabrication of chassis bodies.
  • Fault finding and repair of all builds within the business, including rams and tail lifts.
  • Vehicle electrical knowledge and basic diesel heater knowledge.
  • Reporting issues found on the vehicles and QA checking of vehicles.
  • Fault finding and rectification, as well as completing mobile or off-site works.
  • Dealing with clients and customers in a professional manner and operating the Company IT system for recording work.
  • Lone working and full UK driving licence.
Requirements:
  • Keen eye for detail and experience in quality assurance would be beneficial.
  • Problem solving and accuracy in all tasks and measurements.
  • Flexible as the work can be varied and integrity in all aspects of the job.
  • Confidentiality regarding all processes, data and information contained and discussed in the department.
  • Awareness of all Company policies and Health and Safety procedures and practices.
