Catering Instructor

Craven College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Lecturer to join our team. As a Catering Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to students in the field of catering and hospitality.

• Develop and deliver training programs for students in catering and hospitality
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Develop and maintain curriculum materials and resources
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

• Relevant academic or professional qualifications
• Level 5 Teaching qualification
• Previous experience in teaching and training in the Further Education sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly and on own initiative
• Up-to-date enhanced child/adult workforce DBS

• Degree-level qualification in the subject area
• Relevant industrial experience
