We are seeking an experienced credit controller to join our team in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control and be able to assist with purchase ledger and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities- Control and reduce debt by placing calls and sending emails to chase for payment.
- Establish and maintain regular communications with customers to facilitate timely payments.
- Create and send accurate daily invoices for works completed.
- Ensure timely resolution to invoicing queries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications via email with Outlook and take calls from customers.
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when required.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control.
- Professional and confident manner on the telephone and through email.
- Competent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of Xero would be an advantage.
- Must be a team player.
- Healthcare plan after successful completion of 6 months' probation period.

- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.
